Will 24 hour flourescent lighting harm my hot pepper seedlings? Seeds are emerging at different times - and I am using the flourescent lighting for heating propagation -my trays are in a fairly warm attic.

Problem: If I leave flourescents on 24 hrs. will they harm the already emerged seedlings while I wait for others to emerge?

I planned on setting light timer to 16 hours per day once most seedlings have emerged...but with different varieties that may take some time.
