Hi, my 6' tall citrina is covered in buds but they turn brown and don't open. It's been doing this for a few months now. The leaves are yellowish, too. I fertilized it a while back and the new growth is a bit greener but the buds still die on the vine. I don't see any bugs. It gets full sun. Any advice would be appreciated.
