Any acceptable pesticides for Passi?

I bought a Passi. marked "Passiflora incarnata sp." this past spring. I now have bud drop. I have spotted what I think are thrips. What can I do about them? I have never had fruits on other Passi. and don't expect to with this one either so I don't mind pesticides.
