My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
The buds are from a variegated Clerodendrum Thomsoniae. That passie grew well but was late to bloom, then again so were most of my other plants this year. I really hope the weather is more normal this coming winter and spring. Karyn
