Caerulea is hardy to about 10-15F. Incarnata is even hardier. Sorry I don't know about Margret's fruit

Well, it has been a little while since I tried P. Lady Margaret fruit, but I think it tasted a lot like incarnata fruit. It has a sweet and slightly tangy taste. Both of the parent plants have edible fruit. Just make sure the fruits are nice and ripe.

If you are just starting out and you are in zone 7, P. Caerulea, P. Incense, and P. Incarnata are good passion vines to start with.
