What brand of rooting hormone did you use? Did you get side shoots yet?

Here's a couple I've had in the water + hormone for a month. Time to plant them.
On the left is white caerulea, right is sunburst.

I'm using 1cc (in each container of h2o) of Dyna-Gro's K-L-N rooting concentrate, btw.

No new growth on the 'burst, 4 shoots on the caerulea.

OK I had to try Krstofer's experiment so I took a small piece of sunburst and put it in water. I didn't have any liquid hormone so I just dumped a tsp of powdered kind in the water and stirred lol. It has been sitting in a clear jar by the kitchen window for a few weeks now. I was gonna throw it out today because it hadn't done anything and looked kind of dead on one of the branches. But low and behold the thing has a few little roots started and a little green bud branch thingy starting as well.
There is a piece of night blooming jasmine in the same jar and it hasn't rooted yet and they are supposed to be easy to root lol.
I have heard the gel rooting hormone works even better than liquid because it stays against the stem you are trying to root but not sure how that would affect water rooting.
My mom and grandma always put Vit.B1 in water when rooting cuttings. That seems to work well too.

Have you potted up your cuttings yet? How are they doing?

I just potted mine today and have my fingers crossed. It has new growth all over.
A few weeks ago I started a piece of 'Jeanette" and one of L.margaret the same way. 'Jeanette' is starting roots, the other is just sitting there but is still green..

Everything's doing well so far- I've even loaded the cloning box with a new group of cuttings.
