I'm having a difficult time with my P. maliformis seedling. It has about three leaves at a time: one small, new and healthy; one larger and fringed with a hint of yellowing; one with tan, necrotic, withering tissue which eventually falls from the plant. The seedling has been slow to grow, and the root development is sparse. I have taken a photo of the seedling which can be viewed at the attached photobucket link.

Is this a fungal related problem?
