If it's in water / vermiculite I'd put it in some dirt & leave the covering on. If it's in dirt I'd still leave the covering on. Wait until it's got "lots" of new growth, like a couple inches of new vine & then gradually take the covering off. Just like hardening seedlings you don't want to do it all at once or you'll shock the plant.

Yes......

It's in soil and was planted with rooting hormone. Not much new growth right now, but is putting on new foliage very quickly.
