Canary Date Palm Yellowing

Hi im trying to find out whats casing the yellow tinge to these palms, Im hoping its natural because we have just come out of a cold winter in the uk but ive been reading it could be a magnesium deficiency or worse a disease, is it possible to tell from the photo?
