It is still green so it might grow, but it probably will need more heat to really start growing back well than you can provide it indoors. Either get a heating pad underneath it for seed starting to keep the soil temperatures up, or bring it outside in a few weeks when the weather is warm (in full shade or filtered sun only until it starts to grow back). It will definitely take a while to recover, but I have had palms at that size look much worse and still come back! You can probably start seeds and have it at the same height as your plant is now by late summer since they are somewhat fast growers so that is an option also.
