My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    These are Mousson sofas and come in 98" or 86" lengths They are available through trade professionals. They are wonderful pieces that will last a lifetime. If purchased through my firm they will sell for about $10,000 plus the cost of your textile selection. They require about 23 yards of fabric. The options for the base are either oak as is shown here or metal. Happy to help you if you would like more info.
