I ended up with quite a few Hot Pepper seeds and want to seperate them into groups. I would like a group of Mild Pickling, Something along the same heat scale of sante fe grande-pepperocini. I can tolerate both those and would like to bottle into hot jars when the time comes. I tired to search on the net and only found most varieties I have are for ornamental, and not used for eating.

Here is what I have that daves garden says is a ornamental:

numex twilight, numex centenial, little elf, chilly-chili hybrid, starburst.

Here is what daves says is suitable for eating but I cant find the heat level:

Cascabel, cascabella.

Would someone please elaberate on these varieties. I wanted to try different varieties and wondering if I shouldnt just stick to my sante fe grande and call it a day.
