Vendor help please

Hi. I ordered and paid for a Hawaiian Rose plumeria back in June from Matt at 1-stop aloha. He contacted me and wanted to know if I wanted him to root it. Why yes I said, and happily paid more. I contacted him several times and got stories that it was taking a long time, he had to have Jim cut another and I would get it sent during the winter. Well long story short, it's the middle of March, I don't have my Hawaiian Rose and I have no way to get in touch with Matt. I thought I could get in touch through eBay but, it's been more than 90 days and apparently you become a non-person if it's been longer than 90 days. I.e., they won't let you get in touch with the person you bought your item from.
My question is, does anyone have an address or email info so I can get in touch with Matt? I'm going to cry if I find out I spent that much money and have been sitting like a lump waiting for him to get back to me only to find out I'm out of luck. any ideas? hanks, Mary

if you paid via Paypal then there should be an Email addy associated with the account. If you did use Paypak then send him a message via GW, I know he has posted in the past on here. I know Matt has a FB account also, you might be able to send him a message there if he is still using that account.

unfortunately I don't do FB. I sent PayPal an email (never thought of that James, thanks) So hope I can get in touch that way. Thanks for the suggestions. I hope Matt sees this and does the right thing. If anyone has an email for him I would sure appreciate it. thanks, Mary

It's too bad you don't do FB, since you could message him there and he often responds within minutes or a couple of hours. He just posted there about a new auction on ebay.

Matt is a trusted and reliable seller. I think Matt was transitioning and super busy so you may want to contact him again and wait and see. I am sure Matt will get you your HR.

Tally, thank you so much. I sent you a message. I really appreciate your help. I'll let you know if I hear from Matt. Hopefully my Hawaiian Rose will be on my deck with a mimosa in hand soon. (one can always hope right?)

got a response back from Matt, he is unable to send you e-mail messages, may have the wrong e-mail for you.
