Gypsy Pepper Germination

I obtained some Gypsy sweet pepper seeds this year, and I sowed them in a 72 cell tray (greenhouse) three weeks ago with other varieties. Everything else has germinated (nearly 100%), but the Gypsy peppers aren't showing any sign. I planted 12 seeds and there has been nothing yet. According to everything I've read about this variety, I should be seeing green!

Should I hold out hope and keep waiting? Do you think I just got bad seeds? Should I try to replace them? If so, where would you get them? Since I only need to order these seeds, is there a site that has reasonable shipping? I want to grow this variety more than any almost other because of its productiveness. I know tomato growers is out of Gypsy seeds already.

Thanks for the advice!
