Keep them in a dry dark place. A closet or under a bed would be fine. Don't make the mistake that a friend of mine made after I gave her daffs and ladies in June. She dampened paper towels and wrapped them in plastic bags, keeping them until Sept. They rotted. You can also just lay a couple sheets over the top of the box they are in and tuck them into a corner somewhere. They will be fine for a month (or four--they're tough bulbs.)

I ended up giving mine to my daughter in law because she had about 4 come up in her yard at her new house and just loved them. Her and the toddlers planted them. It was very cute. i had to convince her to just bury then shallow and NOT put any water in the hole! She has a lot to learn, but im trying to teach her.

I had to dig my bulbs a few years ago for an addition we were building and I planted them in a pot until I could find a new place for them. Well, of course I forgot about them and even set another pot of dirt into the pot with the bulbs, thinking it was another pot of dirt with no plant in it. With no sun hitting the dirt, and almost no light, the plants came up and squeezed their way around the edges of the pot. I learned that what Dorothy said about them being tough bulbs is certainly true.

Where can you get bulbs? I had one lone Lady come up out at the acreage. Will it multiply?
