Flower Bud Problems

I am growing some variety of hot pepper indoors under a florescent grow light. My plant is about 1 1/2 feet tall and has begun to sprout flower buds, but I have a problem, they are sagging and not opening? Is there something i can do to fix this so that I might start getting some peppers to grow? Picture included.

Nolan412: Don't sweat it until the buds drop off. Hanging down like that is common, even normal. They look like they will open up in a few days or so.

Just keep in mind that it is sometimes tough to get blooms to pollinate indoors and you may get a lot of blossom drops before you get some to start putting out pods. But I see no problem with you buds as they look in the photo.

I agree with Bruce. The plant looks healthy from what we can see. Different types of peppers have different growth habits. Many have the buds / fruit hanging down.
