Maui Plumeria Gardens is selling Kona Hybrid cuttings for $15. I started my tree as a cutting from MPG back in 2006....it rooted easily enough, but was slow to start and took years to bloom. Now that it's a decent size it's been blooming well.

Derrick from piece of paradise.org has some. Think they are $7 a piece. Check him out. He's got other great hybrids as well.
