Oops..forgot..I have some juvenile koi if someone wants them. They came in as eggs on plants. They are yearlings.
Pretty, orange and black tiger striped (too lazy to find out the pattern..sorry) Some black and white, silver and black..I've caught one so far, they are very fast..

I have two ponds situated next to some property I own, it is located in a semi rural housing addition. with half acre or so lots. I do not know how the Koi would do in those ponds, but I have seen other fish doing fine in them. Only thing is that the ponds are more naturalized and would seem to me as if the fish were being turned loose if they were put in either of these ponds, which have outlets one with an overflow outlet down to the other pond and the other with an overflow outlet down to a stream.

So they would probably end up in a native waterway wouldn't they? Not a good thing for the wild fish.

I am a novice when it comes to pond fish, but it does seem reasonable to expect such fish to escape out of my ponds and contend with the native fish.

Have you thought of trying to sell the extra fish? Hardscape Materials located at 11610 S Memorial Drive in the Tulsa/Bixby area have a lot of different size ponds, which one can see, for sale at their business. They have koi in some of those ponds. They also have an area where customers can select and purchase Koi. I am not certain if demand for the ones they sell are high enough for them to be interested in purchasing yours for them to resell.
