Yes, they will re-bloom better if you--or the deer, darn deer--remove the top bloom after it fades. If you don't remove the bloom they do self-seed so if you want more of them you can let a bloom or two mature seed. (When the deer (darn deer) remove the buds from tiger lilies you just don't get tiger lilies that year. They don't re-bloom.

Removing the blooms after they flower will cause them to bloom again later. My phlox are popular with black butterflies. I have not seen one monarch this year even though I have lots of milkweed.
