Unfortunately, that's impossible to accurately answer. All of the plants and cuttings will do things on their own time and some take more or less time than others. If your plant is happy and healthy, just keep doing what you're doing and you will see blooms! Be sure and post pictures when you get them!

I am in a hot/humid sunny climate with about 10 months of frost free weather annually so my experience has been a better than 50% chance after the first FULL summer and almost 100% in the second FULL summer.
