Well typically a variety name J-xxx is a jungle jacks variety. It is not listed on his website. however he likes to change the names to some so it may be called something different now.
Also dont expect the seeds of any plumeria to look like the parent. Might be close but most likely will be a lot different.

Oh thanks Mike for the help. It just clicked in my mind that this one looks a lot like Sherbet Town which I already have. Haha. Perhaps they are then same?
