I am not sure about the flavor but probably treat them as any other pepper, don't let them go to waste, send them to me if you would like, I would make them into a sauce :-)

They're supposed to be about the same heat as a Serrano, and a bit less than a Cayenne, so you could use them in the same way as either of those. Chop them fresh for salsa or dry and grind for flakes or powder?

Ok that's what I was thinking. We were wanting to powder some, make some hot sauces, and experiment with a jam. There is just very little info available that we could find. Thanks!
