Johnny, looks good. You are a way ahead of me. I am still trying to clean my garden. I do however have 16 broccoli and 18 cabbage (purchased plants) and some sown turnips and kale.

I am curious to see if I like the flavor of Daikon radishes.

Daikons are a bit sharp for some people's taste. Baker's sells one called Chinese Red Meat that is milder. It's round and as big as a turnip. It's for fall planting as it takes at least 60 days and must mature cool.

I don't know if you're a banh mi lover like I am (they're a Vietnamese sandwich), but pickled daikon is definitely a main ingredient. I'll link a recipe (I have not tried this one, but they're pretty much all the same):
