My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Gettin' There I

Numex Suave habs been in the ground since last Tuesday. They're wrapped with foil to foil cutworms, and staked against wind. Soon as it gets warmer the whole area will be mulched with double-grind. Drips are in too. The overwintered Bhut is really puttin' on greenery. Got plenty of mint for my juleps to the right side. Tall one of those and a mess of fried yard-bird slathered with Ghostanero salsa...no place but Bastrop County...
