I was wondering what sort of root system a foxtail palm has?? I have one 3 to 4 mtrs high along my back fenceline but the only problem is its planted next to a sewerage line which might be poly pipe and was thinking that one day as the palm got bigger the roots would pierce the pipe or wrap around it.. if so I may pull it up before its too late.. hope someone can help:)
