That is a beautiful flower but I think it may have been mislabeled. Then again, sometimes flowers don't bloom true on their first cycle.

There is a good chance that it might have been mislabeled but it said Japanese Lantern when I bought it. This is my first Japanese Lantern (if it actually is) so I'm not completely positive. It actually looks like a Kaneohe Sunset or Kaneohe Sunburst. Either way it's in my top 5. I thought Japanese Lanterns were more of a solid deeper red???
