My yard is tiny and my gates aren't five feet wide. I think all my yard would allow is a tiller. Even tho we have such a small yard and limited sun we put in a tiny bed that allowed us beans, squash and I grew a tomato right in my flower bed. Wish my yard was bigger so I could take you up on your offer, local even! Let's keep in touch if you don't mind.

We turn under all of the organic matter available. We are growing a cover crop right now of cereal rye, hairy vetch and tillage radish. That will all be mowed and plowed under about Feb. 1 in preparation for potato planting Feb. 14. and again Mar 14 in the second plot.

We have a portable 400 gallon water tank but we are working on the well too.

We have a current soil test so just let me know how much space you want and what crops you want to grow. We will prep the soil appropriately.

Be aware that we frown on chemicals. We use BT San Diego and other organic techniques to control potato beetles.
