My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Finally, my samoan fluff has decided to start opening. I have counted 14 inflos so far. I will post it when they are all open, it is my biggest tree in a pot, and a nice shape and great smell. roxanne
