my Roebellini was planted in the ground Nov 2013. It was doing ok at first but in the last few months it has turned very light green and more and more yellow. There are new fronds coming out but they are small and take forever to open. Overall it barely grows. Another thing I noticed is that there are edges of the little leaflets missing, I tried to capture it in the picture. It almost looks like something ate away at them, but there are no pests or anything I can see. On some fronds that is really bad, even on new ones coming out. I really don't know what to do. I have been watering 2x a week, but changed to once weekly after recently getting a soil moisture meter and it still shows moist soil 5 days after watering. I have been feeding with Jobes Palm Fertilizer Spikes in March 2014 and again in September. Nothing seems to help. Could it be that I have over/underwatered. Any advise is greatly appreciated.
