First real blooms

Hi
Back in January I had just one flower on a different plant, but this one I think I will get the whole inflo. It was given to me as White Star,which was supposed to be a compact grower- but the leaves are nearly a foot long?
Any idea if this will be more compact or a monster?

Time will tell if its a compact grower... The leaves can be long and still be a compact variety....

Very very nice Johnson!! That's a good question if leaves indicate anything to the growth habit of the plant...this calls for more plants...er, I mean, RESEARCH! Heh heh!!

Wondering if this could be an Alba? They have thin leaves like that and grow on the lanky side. Also have thin stems. Peg
