My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

It's contest time!

This is really for the newbies, but any of you regulars that doesn't happen to have a white noid (yeah right!) is welcome to play. What constitutes a newbie? Why, anyone new that has posted on the plumeria forum within the past year. What I have to offer is nothing special but just wanted to share a little of the aloha spirit and give myself a bit of excitement. :)

I have an 18 inch rooted noid cutting, 2 1/2 - 3 inch white flowers, small yellow center. Scent is nice. I say jasmine, husband says gardenia. One of us is probably right. This cutting is off a tree that began as a 1 tip cutting that was gifted to me, so let's spread the addiction.... ummm, SPIRIT, i mean! :)

There are many more people on this forum that has more plumerias than I do, but I have my share. So, for this contest, guess how many plumerias I have in my collection, including this cutting. The closest wins, of course. Please don't pick a number someone else has.

I'll be gone most of the weekend but will try to check back in and see how it's going. Deadline is Sunday 10PM EDT.
