So overall my garden is doing well as plants are flowering and fruiting, I had a question or two though (being a novice)...

I have one Giant Marconi plant who seemed to just grow one large pepper, i just picked it yesterday, will the rest of the plant now start to produce more flowers and pods? (last year i also had a marconi which produced very little, dont want to fall in that trap again)

also my jalapenos grew a handful of fruit that are about full size now, but seemed to slow down on more flowers developing , so should i pick these as well and hopefully more flowers will follow with fruit elsewhere on plant?

I guess i am seeing different tenancies with the different plants, just wanted to know optimal routine to follow to maximize development of the peppers growing. I dont want to get stuck again with plants not producing much. (i am watering and feeding plants accordingly, growth seem fine just a little worried on regular fruit production)
