You will be very happy with Renee's seeds. It's an excellent company. It's been my experience over the years, that as long as it is a reputable company, there will be very little difference in the quality of same-named seeds you get from one company to another. The difference will be between the number of seeds in the package and the price of the seed and shipping. (The one exception to this is Thompson and Morgan. I have not ordered from them in several years because the germination rates of their seeds was highly inferior to other companies.)

There are those highly sophisticated gardeners who would say that with regard to open pollinated vegetables, one grower may have a slightly different genetic line from another grower for the same-named variety. That may well be. I'm not that sophisticated.

I do think it's a good hedge for your bet to order seeds from a company that grows them in your region of the country. However, you don't always know where the seeds were grown...
