Well, the variety is correct (Chinense... As you well know) - now it's just a waiting game :)

On the bright side Stoney, whether it is or isn't - you've still got a great looking plant that will produce some hot pods!

Sure looks a lot like my Moruga, only stronger. Mine pumped out a bunch of big leaves early too. The new growth on yours is behaving a lot like what I have as well.

The one I have is currently putting out way to many buds for its size. Way more than my Habs.

Can't wait to see if it is ... or if mine truly is.

Yeah, without a doubt a Chinense. I've compared to other images on google and it appears correct. Can't wait!

On a side note, my Fatali has about 50 buds on it and some are starting to open! This is getting exciting :-)

I was just looking over some old posts and I am curious to know what happened with this one. My supposed Moruga had to be replanted and now finally has pods I am doubtful that it is a moruga...

Yeah I know..... Hopefully they are at least hot. They look an awful lot like my Caribbean red habs. I did track down the original grower that sold the seedlings to my local nursery... Might have to give em a call..
