Broken seedling

Hi everyone, I am new to the forum, and this looks like a great place to learn about my newly acquired plumerias! I became interested in plumerias this spring after seeing one for the first time at a friend's house - I knew I had to have one! Then in May when I visited my sister in Mississippi, I saw some at a nursery there. I selected the biggest one that I could fit into my car and still have room for my two daughters on the long ride home! It wasn't long before I ordered some cuttings and seeds, and was even able to purchase a few rooted plants locally (and so the addiction begins....) Anyway, I planted my seeds and was very happy when 4 of them started growing. They have their second set of leaves and are big enough that yesterday I decided they should be planted into a larger pot. Unfortunately, I accidently broke the top on one of the fragile seedlings and the latex started flowing. It was hanging by a thread, so I taped it back up with masking tape (the only tape I could get to quickly), and so far it is still green! It has only minimal wilting - do you think there's a chance it could grow? The whole plant is only about 3" tall! Thanks, Nancy
