I recently got this new plumeria last Sunday and all the blooms keep falling off. Like the flower is days away from opening up and then the base gets wrinkly and falls off. Why does it do this? Maybe because it's not adjusted to the light? I water it but I'm afraid to overwater because it's planted in regular soil. Can I repot it now? Or should I wait? It's not rotting but it's extremely root bound. Like if you dig maybe an inch or two you see its packed full of roots. Need info ASAP thnx. The large flowers are no longer there. They fell off. All that's left is a few flowers that may open in a week or two.
