My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This was my first ever plumeria. Bought it at home depot 3 years ago for $6 as a 12" single tip. This is the second bloom but what makes it special is one tip has double inflos!! Maybe I'll get 6 branches LoL.
