The two little ones looks real. I have BPs too and the pods are not round and looks a bit bigger, I am also confused about my BP. Just wait someone may have some opinions for you.

The big green one in the middle what color are the flowers? It does not look like a BP as the other two do

The color of the flowers are purple.

The pods are not round.

Interesting, did you get your seeds from a seed swap? I ask because I had planted BP and one of my five was just like yours except my flowers were mostly white with purple trim but pods look like your pods. I received the seeds in a seed swap. Maybe some sort of BP cross?

That does look like my flowers. The other two darker plants have much darker purple flowers.

I'd say it's not a true Black Pearl, which is distinctive with its leaves and purple flowers. Also, Black Pearl flowers tend to face down or out, with the pods almost always setting in an erect or upright position. There can be some acceptable pod-variation - round pods for the most part, but some will be just a touch ovular or elongated. My overwintered Black Pearl has some variation in pods this season, although the pods were all uniformly round last season.
