My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    All of the work on the floors was done through the home owner's own contracting company, New Leaf Construction. The concrete stain is a custom blend. They tried many different shades and got it right on the 10th try!

    The home owners aren't sure of the proportions of the mix. So sorry to be of little help.
