is that we have no idea what experience or supplies or capabilities you have ...

w/o a greenhouse.. and misting procedures.. etc .. it might be very hard ...

You can root houseplants all year around. Ken's right - we don't have enough information to know what to tell you.

Here are some that are very easy to root from hardwood cuttings with minimal effort. A cold frame or similar frost-free environment would be helpful.

Hydrangea
some Ilex (holly)
Lonicera (honeysuckle)
Parthenocissus tricuspidata (boston ivy)
Populus (poplar)
Punica granatum (pomegranate)
Rosa (rose)
Salix (willow)
Spireae
Thuja occidentalis (arboratae)
Vaccinium (blueberry)
some Viburnum
Vitis (grape)
Weigela
Wisteria

If you can provide bottom heat, many more possibilities would open up.

brandon7 is right, they're all pretty easy. Basically most woody shrubs do well.

Just google how to do the cuttings and you're golden.

I prefer to layer vitis (grape) myself.
If you can not root willow & hydrangea, then you are not doing it right.
