Last Sunday I potted a cutting, I used rooting hormone and water it as I read it should be done, but it says you should not water it again until signs of growth, well, this morning when left for work we had 0% probably of rain but it did rain and the cutting got water, what should I do?

Another question, what fertilizer is best for plumeria?
