So I potted several cuttings tonight and found this one at the bottom...I think it will not make but figure I would try...worst thing that will happen is it will die...and get added to my casualty list.

The black spots grew quickly the last couple of days and we're only mildly soft. Today I noticed the black spots were getting bigger and the bottom was pretty soft.

I pin pricked different parts of the plumerim and I did not get any white sap to come out. I cut back back the bottom several inches until I got a firm center, but I never got a flow of white sap.

Any ideas to try? The cutting kinda looks bad.
