Pepper ID?

As kind of an afterthought this spring I bought a 6-pack of "long thin cayenne pepper" plants at a local plant nursery. They were terribly rootbound but are actually starting to take and produce typical cayenne peppers. But this one plant is different, the peppers form facing upright instead of downward. I think it must be a fairly commonplace pepper since the greenhouse I got it at was selling about 10 different popular kinds of peppers. So I was thinking Serrano, but a google search show that they set facing downward. The plant is now about a foot tall and the peppers are no more than 2 inches long so far, though they are obviously still immature. I know it isn't Hot Hungarian Wax since I'm growing those too and they look very differnt.

Ideas? (Sorry for the out-of-focus close-up)
