Propigating Shrimp Plant

I think Spring has come to our little corner of the world. I cleaned out flower beds today and in doing so broke of a branch on my Shrimp Plant. I put it in a jar of water until I can find out how to properly propigate it. (If it is possible) I've noticed that several lower branches have rooted themselves. Can I get this branch to grow?

I rooted a bunch of them last summer in water, very easy. Good luck

One of the easiest plants to grow from cuttings, almost impossible to fail. Al

Thanks for the information. So far the stem looks green but the top follage is wilting. I guess I could cut the top back.

If foliage on a cutting is wilting, you may have left too much foliage, or you may not have tented or misted to maintain a high enough humidity. Al
