Right on. That school has a great reputation. Read some of Saypoint's recent posts. It will be interesting to hear from you and to learn what excercises the Guelphmeisters put you through. In some ways it is harder to enter this type of learning with experience than without. You'll do great.

Thanks for all of the encouragement! (I even e-mail Michelle, I was that excited). If there's anything that I learned over the years (I'm not sure how many it was..?) at this forum, it's that I can never assume that I know anything that I think (or thought?) I know. Hopefully, Andrew, that gives me an advantage over the other students!

Although the first semester courses are pretty general (Biology I, etc), they get more program-specific by second semester (Design Studio, Planting Design I, etc). I can't wait!

Congrats Audric (waving madly in Ottawa)! Many moons ago (before the internet)I took the corespondence horticulture course from Guelph. Biology was the most fascinating part as it explains the nitty gritty about plants. Very useful in my line of work (interiorscaping). As a matter of fact I hear they are now working on an interiorscaping course! About time! Enjoy your new and exciting journey!
