I would do straight cuts, dip them in rooting powder and store overnight upside down to stop the bleeding. After that it's up to you if you want to callus, plant or store.

I think the current advice is to dip a fresh cut into root hormone almost immediately and do the humidity chamber. If you dont plan to try and root them soon just let em dry naturally and make new cuts if you want to later.

What kind of plumeria? Since you'll have a ton of them, will you consider selling them? Depending on what kind they are, I maybe interested.

I would use DAP on the plant cuts but not on the cuttings. Dip the cuttings in rooting hormone and let callus over for 7-10 days if you plan to plant.

I would be interested in everyone's take on some rooting advise a grower in Hawaii gave which was take the fresh cutting and sink it in some coarse perlite for about 8-10 days, keeping it in bright light.

If you are interested in trading some of those cuttings with other plants/cuttings, let me know.
