A number of growers/wholesalers currently produce this tree. I'd go to one of the larger nurseries in your area and ask them if they could order you one of these. They certainly should be able to. I see retail nurseries that offer this cultivar, but not any that do mail-order or that are in your area. So, if no one can come up with cuttings, trying having a nursery order it.

Another possibility is getting cuttings through the Geneva Germplasm Repository. If you decide to go this route, and have questions, email me. BTW, you'll need to set up a personal account through FedEx (to pay for shipping) if you go this route.

Did you ever find one? I have growers with 3-4" caliper specimen trees in the midwest, but not sure where you are located...sorry just seeing this 5 years later.

Curious on what this looks like.

We installed this Bob White in a client's yard last year; I believe it was a 4" caliper. The horizontal form is almost perfect. It was sourced from Johnson's Nursery in Menominee Falls, WI (we are in Chicago area); they sell to both the public and the trade. Please ignore the excess plantings at the base, this is prior to project completion.
