I had great success with seeds from Brad's Buds and Blooms. There were extra seeds in each pack and I planted 6 of each variety. My total germination was 32/42 so over 75%. In contrast my seeds from Plumeria Paradise (also sells on eBay) was only 3-4 out of 50 and only 1 survived one year. Here is a photo of my 2 month old seedlings from Brads.

I got all of mine from 1-stop-aloha (Matt Hunter) and bloomingplumerias (fuzzy) on eBay. Had almost 100% germination rates and had to sell/give away a lot because I only wanted about 5 of each! I haven't seen them offer seeds this year yet, but you could ask them. I asked fuzzy and they listed a bunch last year.

I still have about 22 seeds left if you want to send me a SASE. They are all celadine but you are welcome to them. Here is a picture of some of the seeds that I got to grow this season. They are fun. Barb

I did start three different pots with three different seeds, all from my yard. One was a celadine, one pink and one with a mix I hope of a big white one and Duke. Will have to wait until that one blooms. Barb

That's too bad that you only had one germinate. I almost wish i didn't have so many sprout but usually I have about 95% success rate. I start my seeds in the styrofoam peanuts used for packing. I make a slit in it and I put the heavier part of the seed down and the slimmer part up. I then float them in water and within 2-3 days they germinate for me.

I had seeds for about a year and they sprouted for me. I kept them in an air tight glass jar.
