How many cuttings per pot?

I am rooting lots of azaleas and other plants this year. Last year I started all my cuttings if large flats then potted them up this year in 4" pots. Should I be using more that one cutting per pot or is one enough for a nice bushy plant in a couple of years?

Most cuttings do well four to a square 4 inch pot. Each corner gets a bamboo stake to support a clear plastic tent, secured to the pot with a rubber band. With large cuttings I do two to the pot. Al

Al, I am still rooting them in flats with a misting system. The question is do professional growers use more that one cutting per pot? last year I started a 100+ azaleas and this year I have already started about 400 in flats. When I pot them up I was thinking about using two plants per pot for a bushier plant. Just questing how many plants growers use.
