Leaf Spots

Hi I am new to the plumeria world but just successfully rooted about 10 cuttings. One of them is showing up with spots on the leaf (see attached photo). I have ordered some neem oil to begin spraying with but wanted to check with this group. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hi!!!

Looks like spider mites. Check closely for red or black dots moving around on leaves. I would spray with Bayer 3-1 insect spray and leave them In The shade when spraying.

Neem oil is good too! But be careful with the sun. It will burn the leaves..

They should be fine. But looks like a good infestation there... Check other leaves on your other trees too!
